We are the dream team! We work together to get the job done and support each for the common goal!
What makes you most happy at work?
Putting out fires and creating SOP's. I like to solve problems and come up with solutions for long term change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I believe I am paid a fair wage. Unfortunately, it does not match the current housing market increases in my city.
