With the recent changes the day to day, and big picture of the company has significantly changed, and we went from being a small family-feel to a large corporation, which comes with its growing pains, but also its benefits.

The team building that occurred, especially prior to COVID.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are friendly and approachable when they are in person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People with many backgrounds and experiences all work for the teams providing a fun and unique experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there is not a lot of understanding about what certain roles include and therefore compensation doesn't match especially when my role, and others act as somewhat supervisory to on site staff but we get paid less than them, even if there are similarities in job requirements
