Overall, it has been great. they only issue would be, I think the training needs to be ramped up with the growth of the company, if you have more staff, you need more trainers not only to train the new hires but to also keep up with training the existing staff as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is hard to say they do not interact with us a lot at my level other than my direct leader.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see the change when training a staff member, when you get to see the light in their eyes, when the training clicks and they know they can do the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part you can be yourself and not have to worry that someone is going to get upset. I feel like the company does more than any other company about promoting a positive culture and inclusion
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hours worked vs the pay does not match up when you are salary, working 60 hour a week and it does not reflect. It would be a little better if more recognition was given out from upper leadership besides just from your direct manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every single one puts in just as much effort as me if not more. No matter what I know I can count on them to help me any time that I need it and won't have to worry if I do not know something because I know they have my back.
