The "all in" attitude about work and actively promoting "We can do this". There is always help if needed.

Knowing that I have a valuable impact every day and that it is appreciated. I know this cause I am told regularly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its so inclusive and collaborative. Its one thing to say those things, its totally different to live them. And its completely lived in everything we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some positions in the leadership group, do not have bonus programs, as there are no metrics to go off of. So the hourly wage for the position isn't very comparable to those with same "ranking" as they do to have metrics and bonus programs.
