Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a licensed nurse that is helping run the center in a leadership position. With the hours Inout in to ensure I am here to support my team and with the knowledge and expertise I offer, I feel I am worth much more. I took a pay cut to invest my career in this company with hopes of moving up
