The management shows their gratitude for our hard work. As a team, we know how to work hard but find fun and joy in working together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I deserve to be paid more for the hard work I do everyday. I work hard to care for our patients/clients and work hard towards us meeting our goals as a center.
