What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We help each other get through our day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Ask instead of tell. Keep nurses and doctors informed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a huge class divide between the front office (office manager, nurse manager, pcc) and the medical workers in the back.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Kind. Help each other out to get through the mess of the day. Compassionate. Most of us are burning out. Too much work for poor pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Its very obvious that the corporate "powers that be" absolutely do not care about the regular workers. (You know, the ones that actually take care of the patients.) Nurse manager or offuce manager (or both?) should be required to stay at the office until all patients are done for the day.
