What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so helpful and non-judgmental. We really help build each other up and our chats throughout the day make me feel less alone while working from home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's always so satisfying at the end of a workday knowing I'm helping people feel confident in their own bodies. It's extra satisfying when a patient I helped ends up booking a procedure and I get a little bonus!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone in leadership is so helpful and kind. They will let you know straight up when you've done something incorrectly in a positive and supportive way, which leaves no room for passive aggression or confusion on how policies work. Leadership is always SO quick to help when I need it!
