Since I've come to the company we have had so many great changes. It was a challenge in the beginning but after 90 days I feel like I started to catch on. I didn't have much leadership and took it upon myself to learn and know who to reach out to. Once changes started happening, it became rewarding.

If you put in the time and effort, you will be recognized and rewarded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work hard and do what we say. I feel like I can call any of them for help at any time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my centers do well and watching each leader use the tools and coaching I give them to grow themselves and their teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They act as they are real people and not above the rest of the company. I have honest conversations and give feedback and feel that it is heard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that with the transition AL are all on the same playing field but not compensated the same. I was given a promotion and still have not received a raise.
