I feel increasingly disconnected from coworkers due to remote work and only interacting for specific meetings/purposes
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clearer articulation of a product & business strategy Senior leaders pulling in different directions Large disconnect between what we publicly praise and what makes meaningful impact on the business and our athletes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We do not make decisions differently when we fall short of expectations -- need to be honest and public about when we make mistakes and what we learned! Lack of data to execute on our strategies -- need to improve velocity Increase in claiming credit and politics vs "one team" mentality
