I am paid fairly for the work I do, I am a little disappointed that I did not get much of a yearly raise for 23 but I got a promotion in Q3 last year so I still feel quite fairly compensated.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the work that I get to do on my projects with Integrations and releases, it allows me to shape workflow and documentation to best support the way that athletes use those products and strava and have ways to support them when they have problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am lucky enough to live close enough to an office to go in 8-10 times a month, we are a close group at the denver office and it is helpful to have a collaborative in office experience while still having the freedom to have hybrid working locations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The work that we do in Connected CM and devices allows us the ability to collaborate with others in COCOFit and support Integration/Device launches very well. Honestly love getting to work directly with marketing and partner management teams as it really streamlines my work and gives me good support
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and the members of the M-Team that I report up through are great! Rosie is an amazing VP and makes sure to speak with us and understand/support the work that we do and how it works with company goals. I do not really interact much with others in m-team since the re-org.
