This is the best job I've ever had. I've been working and supporting myself since I was 16 and this is the first time in my (very long) life that I am working for/at a company that I am proud to say I work at and that I feel really appreciates me.

benefits are great, dental and vision could be better as they seem to be geared towards people without preexisting conditions.

Everybody is genuinely nice and supportive. I could ask the most bird brained question and it would be met with respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support, the empathy, and the understanding that we are all humans just doing our best and we are not expected to be somebody else when we are at work. We are allowed to have feelings and voice them without feeling unsupported. I love it here.
