Working here is a good experience. The quality of your coworkers is amazing. Pay is solid and they have done some pretty incredible things in the past year like lowering health premiums and increasing the 401k match. There is also paid parental leave. The campus perks and benefits are also nice.

High-character people who really care. Increasing levels of diversity in many areas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good people. Challenging, interesting work. A great cause in helping people make music.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Great communication from the HR team. They were also very friendly and helpful in explaining how everything worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone rallies around doing the right thing for our customers and for each other. You don't have to deal with politics and egos like in some other companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare premiums are very fair. Lower than anywhere else I've been. 401k match is good. I like that the annual review process is transparent and it's not hard to get an increase if you've done good work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really good people who take the time to communicate with everyone. The CEO does a regular video update. The chief people officer sends out a regular monthly update. It's been nice to see some increased diversity in leadeship also like a new female General Counsel.
