Sweetwater has been an excellent workplace to start my career. The management team is agile and adaptive to employee situations. The on-site amenities are nice but the rest of the benefits leave something to be desired. Overall I really enjoy my time here even if the compensation isn't the best.

My team members come from a variety of backgrounds and all seem very driven to uphold the culture of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to resolve issues for our customers and internal team and create lasting solutions to avoid the issues in the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is always on the trajectory of constant improvement and taking care of our customer base. We'll truly move heaven and earth for our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager trusts me to do the job at hand and provides me the resources to make sure I can excel at the task. They are hands off and provide coaching/mentorship as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With how large and profitable the company has been the compensation to the rest of the company does not seem proportionate. Along with that it seems like the main driver for financial growth is to either come in as a new hire or switch departments in general.
