The people here are passionate about what they do and are connected to the big picture. Music is also a naturally inviting thing to rally around and we all benefit from the natural association we have with music.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the most caring and down-to-earth people out there. We also know how to buckle up and get things down while enjoying the ride (stress and all). Our team has broken the corporate mold that tends to prevent people from opening up and diving deep.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very candid and down to Earth. I think they do a great job of putting themselves in other people's shoes to make decisions as opposed to acting from some place far off. I feel seen and recognized as a person/employee and not just another number.
