Everyone is passionate about their work and pulls their weight. No one is a "just get by"" employee.

On site doctor and nurse for me and my dependents at no cost, regardless of whether they are on our insurance plan.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a forward thinking company. We don't dwell on failures, we commemorate "expensive lessons" and look forward to new opportunities they create. Very positive culture, low negativity.
