I love this company and everything that it stands for. I'm worried we are losing the "do the right thing" aspect of our motto and forgetting our roots. I'm not worried Sweetwater wont be here, I'm worried it wont be recognizable as the Sweetwater that got us here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are often on the front lines of pushing initiatives and holding to standards but we're rarely involved in determining what those policies are. Tools and training are few and far between.
