Sweetwater is a dream job. There are times i just sit and smile and think about how lucky I am to be here. I left a job i LOVED and moved my family 600 miles to be here and each and every day i fall more and more in love with the company and the city. No regrets! Best decision of my career.

Even when we are heavily focused on profitability and how to spend efficiently, our organization continues to ramp up the number of employee benefits and trainings, including BetterUp coaching for managers which is expensive yet so helpful

Everyone here is passionate, engaged, and operates at a high level. its a RUSH to work here each and every day and i love the high gear we work at to provide a great experience for our customers.

Every day I get to solve problems and work with people that are doing important things in the Music Industry. The work we do here matters and is seen and felt by millions. It's such an exalting experience.

Everyone is so incredibly smart, passionate, and committed to the work we do. People smile, get to be creative, and water cooler conversations are always about music, instruments, and other fun topics. It's great to be in the presence of creative hard workers.
