Like many others, the move to Sweetwater and Indiana were part of a lot of growth and change in my entire life. I am extremely proud and grateful to be a leader at Sweetwater. I am continually impressed by the resources we deploy to make sure new team members are set up for success.

One of the best things about my team is the support we give each other. From navigating tough situation to role playing hard conversations. This team is patient and kind to each other, as well as very welcoming.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is the willingness to share the success. It is great watching the new SE classes come in and roll out, and to witness the abundance of support from Sweetwater and their peers.
