What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no limit to the intelligence and creativity of the team here at Sweetwater. I love knowing that I am not the smartest person in the room because I will be able to continually learn and grow because of them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is fine with all of my compensation (but who doesn't want to make more!), but the bigger thing for me was the direction I received after starting here that helped me get my financial world in order so that I do not even really think about my compensation much at all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, caring, but they also command respect. I love knowing that it I have an issue I can go to them and that they will truly listen to whatever it is I bring up, give feedback, and challenge me to find the solution, not just solve it for me (maybe some direction!).
