I've have had a pretty positive experience in general. There are always ups and downs, but you'll have that at any company. Overall, they have allowed me to grow and develop in my professional and personal life and I am thankful for that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I would feel better if they would give me a raise when I take on more responsibility, rather than making it seem as though they are doing me a favor by allowing me to take on more responsibility.
