My personal experience has been great. I've been lucky to learn from experienced mentors that have helped me grow personally and professionally. Unfortunately, not everyone has had the same experience. Especially female employees. There isn't much protection for them in a male dominated workplace.

They are all good people with unique backgrounds, strengths, and personalities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They don't really take an outwardly vocal stance regarding anything remotely polarizing or political outside of the generic corporate/moderate response, but they are open to improvement and growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching my employees learn and grow within their role. The moment of realization when a new concept or process takes root in their mind is what drives me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm underpaid for the quality of work, effort, and loyalty I've invested in the company for 7 years. Being paid accordingly would help me feel more appreciated and help guarantee I would stay vested in my career here.
