My experience with the company has been mostly positive. There are areas for improvement, but for a rapidly growing company it normally takes a little time for things to catch up. There are many things that are much better than other companies I have worked for in the past.

The ability to do whats best for the company no matter what.

They allow everyone the opportunity to step up and do what is right for the customer.

My team is able to work independently with little instruction and they are always eager to learn new skills.

The ability to use my skills to help drive the company forward and help provide a better experience for our customer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Specialized fields/ skill sets do not seem to be recognized in this company everyone is just lumped by job title. Benefits are just a lump thing and in some cases they dont apply to employees. In that case it sounds good but has no real impact on the employee.
