I love the fact that we get extra for nothing. It really shows that this company goes out of its way to care for the employee.

We all have common goals and care about the end result and trust each each to get the job done. There is a healthy respect for each person that we work with. Great communication as well!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the "Do the right thing" mentality. It's a show of good faith that the employee, no matter the level they are at or seniority they have, if they do the right thing, they are appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing how the management plan to execute goals from as little as wishing a person a happy birthday in passing to helping someone else achieve their goals so they can be successful at work too. Endless opportunities for employees to climb the ladder here too!
