What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the health insurance plan Sweetwater offers us. It allows me to see any doctor I want to and I have never had an issue with getting something covered that my family or I needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to work to solve problems that I know are going to improve the lives of our customers. I love working on the cutting edge solutions that are going to take our company to the next level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love just how smart everyone is on the team I work with. I know that if I have a question, there will be someone who knows the answer. I also love their creativity. It is very easy to work through problems and find solutions with my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know it is cliche to say, but honestly it is how we are all family. I have personally experienced, and know coworkers who have the seen the generosity that Sweetwater offers should you have an issue outside of work. Everyone comes together to help in a time of need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they share a passion about the work we do as a company. I also like how when things get tough, they don't hide away. They are on the front lines with us working to solve the problem. I also love how everyone is so readily available should you need help.
