Same as I said before, this is kind of a redundant question.

I like that they let us cater our book of business to our strengths and really help us strategize how to make more money.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If what you mean by compensation is spiffs from vendors, then I would say that I like that it allows us to redeem earned sales points for music gear!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is pretty much in the same head space here. We all want to work towards success but we are also all musicians so we have cool things to relate to.
