Getting to work here has been life changing. I was not in sales prior to being here nor did I dream of being in it. But getting to have a family and a life that revolves around music and the ability to work on my own music outside of here is awesome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part about our team is that we all have the same goal and all support each other to meet that goal which is - building up quality relationships with our customers as pro audio professionals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the most positive things about the culture here is that it doesn't feel like people are out to see your downfall. People celebrate you when your doing well and build each other back up when times are tough.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love getting to come in and work with my customers where the best part of their day is seeing my call pop up on their caller ID. Getting to be apart of the musical endeavors that they dream about is so cool.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how compassionate and understanding our leadership team is. They understand that I am a human being as well and not just a Cog in the wheel. I also really love how they continuously inspire me to drive harder and be better at what I do here.
