Sweetwater has changed their business model to better suit the customer but needs to change internal policies to align with the needs of a modern worker. The hours are long, there are too many early morning meetings, the PTO is not generous, and we can't work from home.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are constant changes that benifit the company and not the employee. Structural changes need to be mode give and take, and not just take.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sweetwater needs to adapt to the needs of the modern worker. Having poor PTO, poor work life blend, and no work from home opprotunities does not make the compensation feel fair.
