Im new - 7months in and just absolutly loving what i do everyday - Its a challange making sure we come through for all of our customers but its worth it - im up for it and the learning opportunities are endless which is exactly what I need!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its very fair. Its been hard adjusting to a commission salary but the number of resources and help I have from my leadership team have made it way less stressful
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never had a leadership team be as transparent as Sweetwater is. Everyone is positive, encouraging and truly make me feel that what I do matters to not only our customers but to the Sweetwater Difference
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that my service and what we do here really does change the world - Music is so personal and needed that getting to help people connect to that feeling is just a privilege everyday
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dude.. everybody is a literal ROCK STAR! So much knowlede and experience it not only fuels my desire to learn more but I have a lot more confidence that we can serve our customers above and beyond everyday !
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have integrity. we do what we say and always do the right thing. Its really a breath of fresh air to really be with a company that truly cares about its employees and customers like we do - We really work at Disneyland for Musicians
