My team has a deep well of experience and are always working in a collaborative manner to make sure we are putting out the best work possible. They are also incredibly fun to work with!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is not just fair for our industry, but even better when viewed through the lens of Fort Wayne's low cost of living. Paychecks stretch a lot farther here than in any of our competitor's hometowns.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team provides a clear vision for the company's direction and empowers us to execute it. Even though we now have private equity involved, it does not feel like we are held back in the ways that many PE firms are known for.
