Approachability. They are not unrecognizable figureheads, and they have tenure with the core values of the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can speak freely to each other, and all can laugh at the little things that happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is comprehensive, and reflects merit on both tenure and production. I believe I am paid fairly, and given appropriate responsibility given my place in the hierarchy of the company.
