I have been here a long time. I have seen it grow and I have seen people leave and others stay. I have watched the company expand in many areas from personal to corporate. I have been pleased by some things and dissatisfied by others. Yet I love my job and the pleasure it brings everyone else.

That's a good question. I suppose the fact that we have a compensation package is the best part to me.
