Competitive salary comparing to other companies in my country, extra holiday and good people

Good enviroment, where developers are able to share their ideas freely, which isn't a common thing in all companies

Confronting with colleagues about how to solve a problem / listening to their opinions just to learn something new

I am still during my onboarding period, but either buddy or manager are ongoing people whom i could rely on in the future

I've been in Sysdig for a short time, but i like about my leadership is that all of them have an ongoing attitude and that i can rely to them
