What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't think they are fully aware or simply don't care how the employees have to deal with the big customer issues. They don't get involved when an important business decision has to be taken.

Amazing professionals, kind people, collaborative, reliable and trust worthy. A highlight is everybody would always give you insights into why things are the way they are, for me that showcases genuine caring and keep you in constant learning. My team is the best!!

More team work, I feel like we say we are collaborative when in reality a lot of coworkers are individual contributors. Mood in the team sometimes is tense and I feel uncomfortable. Our team (talent acquisition) doesn't really reflect the company culture

Most of us work from home, this makes extremely difficult ramping up with so few occasions to work close to each other. I believe that increasing the ways to learn the technical content of our products is critical for Sysdig.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were really down to earth and each interview felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview. No trick questions, so as long as you had an adequate amount of experience in that field, they were really seeking a culture fit more than anything.
