I don't think they are fully aware or simply don't care how the employees have to deal with the big customer issues. They don't get involved when an important business decision has to be taken.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't know each other compensation, but my impression is that newly hired people get a higher compensation compared to people here for a long time, at least in Europe.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a product company, which is not I've worked in before, I'd say that seeing that most of the efforts done do have a meaning to make the product better is quite good.

We eat lunch together and go on breaks together, in addition we sometimes meet outside of working hours

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Most of us work from home, this makes extremely difficult ramping up with so few occasions to work close to each other. I believe that increasing the ways to learn the technical content of our products is critical for Sysdig.
