Very solid work experience, while also good in working within a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company is growing very fast, which is not by any means a bad thing, but that makes it harde to keep track of what things are being done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a product company, which is not I've worked in before, I'd say that seeing that most of the efforts done do have a meaning to make the product better is quite good.
