Tally's leadership team truly cares about the problems we're solving for consumers and employee work culture. I feel their passion, and it's contagious.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Non-negotiation during hiring. Being given three choices and told I get to pick one. As someone who doesn't naturally negotiate, this put me at ease.
