Town halls! Company understands we are in a remote workforce which has cultural challenges - they attempt to bring people together (virtually) as much as possible, send out amazing gift baskets, monthly team get togethers etc

We have an open office environment, which promotes transparency amongst the teams because everyone is easily accessible.

All team members encourage and support each other and share similar values both for work and personal life - everyone feels like the company has their best interest at heard at the end of the day, even when we're moving fast
I love the constant encourage from others in person and on Slack, it's very motivating and fosters a really positive environment.
