I really love working for Textron for the most part and would have recommended working here in a heartbeat until lately. ELTs hard stance against working hybrid has left a sour taste in my mouth that makes me feel like I am not trusted or capable.

Solving problems, doing work that matters, and my first cup of coffee of the day

Great teamwork, everyone is friendly, we are all very accountable for our work and willing to help each other whenever we can
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary when I started was competitive, but over my 2 years here, it has not yet been adjusted to reflect my accomplishments in my role as well as the inflation during this period.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to re-evaluate its resistance to allowing hybrid work. Many departments have already proved that it works for them, and ELT's resistance has made me worried about our company's ability to attract future talent with this outdated philosophy.
