I was so excited to be working for Textron after interning with them. I understand that I joined the company full time during a global pandemic so things can be crazy. The leadership team has failed to address the issue of lack of headcount for my current team leading to turnover and more workload.

overall have a positive experience. there are things that are extremely frustrating (remote work, compensation).

They need to be better at taking action after listening to employee concerns

The workload is immense on my team members and seeing them have to work so much its intimidating and not healthy for them.

no need to come into the office. taking away work life balance hours of commute / getting ready. also spending money on gas expenses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if textron is unable to compensate more, then they should implement perks that allow employees to save more money (provide more meals, or allow work from home to save money as gas prices are continuing to raise)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued in the sense that my job can be done completely remote but still have to come into the office during a national pandemic. I feel undervalued in the sense that it seems that people believe I don't perform my job efficiently at home.
