What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good communicators, set a clear strategy and help us understand our mission and purpose. Also, I beleive the leadership at Textron Systems to be ethical.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I have base plus short and long term incentives. I also like that we can recognize others through spot award in our Textron Systems Salutes platform.
