Early in my career with the Company I had a lot of opportunities to grow and feel valued. That has slowed and sometimes I feel taken for granted. Early in my career I also felt I had numerous mentors and although I don't believe I need a mentor now, it would be nice to know I had champions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing those I mentor grow and develop.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They'll always go the extra mile!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency of sharing overall business impacts and initiatives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The variable compensation package. It definitely has me focus on both my success and the Company's success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With COVID this year it's been fairly negative and a difficult environment for leadership and HR. Usually I would say the family type culture.
