Great company to work for, but there have been some situations that should have been handled differently. I've voiced my opinions, but still nothing has been done. Only wish I was able to fix it myself but I cannot. This has only been one instance, so I shouldn't be complaining but it's frustrating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have a Pension and 401K.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
New faces and new contracts.
What makes you most happy at work?
The satisfaction of helping people on a daily basis is very rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is expanding weekly. It's nice to see fresh new faces, and learn about their lives and family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a great team, but need to be more seen. Walk around area and engage with employees, especially new ones.
