I worked on one contract for almost 5 years, but it ended and I was layed off. However, another position became available, I applied, was contacted by the hiring manager, and back at work in two weeks. They honored my previous employment time and clearance. Win/win situation!

Being able to go home each day with a sense of accomplishment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Now that I am with Textron Systems more than 5 years, very happy with the vacation/holiday/personnal-sick leave time alotted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Because of our manager, I enjoy talking with my colleagues, but we always seem to collaborate and support each other to meet our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, everyone is collegial, but always seems to get down to work and accomplish our work goals. Also, my manager always celebrates our birthdays and work milestones. Lovely and warm! My manager is very, very kind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares about me both professionally and personally. She is very professional, goal-oriented and manages to make our work environment fun, while also ensuring work gets done. She always ask how we are doing and are we being challenged.
