I don't have a team , I am a one man show. I wish I had a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am expected to run an entire department with no help and I do it everyday and they will not even give me my days off together
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No work life balance , unrealistic expectations, They will tell you how your work is excellent just about on a daily basis then not only not reward it but will not accommodate you on any request
