What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their employees mental and physical health. Hiring people that have availability. Not letting 15/25 employees say no to working on weekends.

Needs a whole new leadership team. The managers are completely incompetent and lack obvious training. Managers are also unwilling to jump in and assist when need be. A true leader does the most to keep his team motivated.

I have been promised a raise for over two months after moving from the registers to the produce department. I have not been trained in produce.

Most companies have compensated employees more than once during this pandemic. We don't get anything other than a 50 gift card that was counted as income but was restricted to only using in a fresh market. Does that seam fair? We were forced to use taxed gift card instore

Work on weekends. Coverage of other employees rather than putting it all on one.

The company as a whole is unfair so the workers become disgruntled so it not much the coworker can do.

Not gossiping. Not starting rumors. Then when found out the rumors are false nothing happening to the ones spreading them.

Team building exercises don't exist. Always being short staffed makes it impossible for certain specialists to do their job. Ex. seafood and cheese specialist expected to do two departments. Whereas coffee/bulk and grocery specialist focus on their department.

Morale is down in the store from always being so short staffed. One person always ends up doing the work of three people. Managers never jump in to help, they see you sinking and keep on watching. The lack of commitment is evident by the ASMs running the store.

There is more and more work much of it is very labor intence. We are given fewer hours to do them in and still expected to have the same amount of customer service. New programs that start and end quickly. Many are not given time to succeed or fail
