Not gossiping. Not starting rumors. Then when found out the rumors are false nothing happening to the ones spreading them.

It was done back in the older days when the company was not owned by outsider so was really good
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Teach new store managers The Fresh Market ways and not let them hire there friends from the company they came from. Most that do that think they don't have to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most companies have compensated employees more than once during this pandemic. We don't get anything other than a 50 gift card that was counted as income but was restricted to only using in a fresh market. Does that seam fair? We were forced to use taxed gift card instore
