The whole Fresh concept is just false, competitors have the same product and just as fresh with equal or cheaper cost.

Company vision has no bright future, I personally believe in less than 5 years this company or market brand will dissolve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Store manager seems to somewhat care but in reality he's just here to get in his 10 hr a day. It looks like the same as all employees, its just a job and a pay check.
