Fun Job and not bad if you are good at working with the public. You have the opportunity to get cross trained in multiple areas. Always cool to see the neat seasonal items that come in. Pay is not that great. Mostly everyone gets part time hours unless your a supervisor or manager.

The coworkers being pleasant to each other. Usually pretty relaxed environment

The fact that everyone usually makes it fun. Not too much drama either.
