1-They put you in different positions and expect you to do it all...Do one thing wrong and get punished for it. They're very unfair here espcially to the younger generation. It shows a lot. 2.All of that work for $12 an hour is crazy.....T.J is very unfair to their employees in many ways.

I love my coworkers. I hate the leaderships.

Im very shy and dont like interacting with people often.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders and for them to grow up. I'm 20 years old and my managers who are older act super petty and shady.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked in every department at T.J. And the fact that I just got .25 cents raise is crazy and my coworker who got one point higher than me on our evaluation got .47 cents higher says FAVORTISM!!!!
